Practice Ownership Is an Option for You
You don’t have to wait until you’re 15, 25, or 35 years into your optometry career to become a practice owner. No matter what stage you’re at in your career, Vision Alliance can partner with you to make practice ownership a reality.
How Our Partnership Works
We work with existing optometrists and practice owners who aren’t ready to retire but want to spend more of their time on their patients’ clinical care. We purchase their practice, taking over all of the non-clinical elements of practice management. The optometrist receives a 40% share of the practice in the form of practice-specific shares and maintains full clinical autonomy. Vision Alliance meanwhile will implement our proven best practices for everything from budgeting and revenue to hiring and staff training.
When the optometrist decides to retire from the practice, their 40% share becomes available for purchase. That means you have the unique opportunity to become an owner for an established and fully-functional eye care practice for a fraction of the normal cost.
Ownership Without Administrative Duties
As a certified Doctor of Optometry, you’re passionate about exceptional patient care and positive eye health, but you could do without the stress of spreadsheets and scheduling. Partnership with Vision Alliance saves you from the mundane day-to-day tasks involved in managing a practice like inventory and payroll.
As a Vision Alliance owner, you can apply your skills and knowledge to the clinical side of optometry, making the most of your valuable time.
Full Clinical Autonomy
Vision Alliance takes on all of the non-medical aspects of practice management. Meanwhile, you get full clinical control. You practice with the treatments, technology, and exam flow that make the most sense to you. We will never ask you to compromise on clinical care.
